Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By using Blastly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Blastly helps merchants manage customer communication over WhatsApp, confirm orders, and follow up on shipping and sales, with optional integrations (Shopify, shipping carriers, WhatsApp Business Platform).

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You represent that you have obtained consent from your customers before messaging them, and that you comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies, including their business messaging policy. You must not use the platform for spam, unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent content, or for products/services prohibited by law or by Meta. Violations may result in immediate suspension, and you are responsible for any restriction Meta/WhatsApp applies to your number as a result of your conduct.

5. Subscription & billing

Pricing is shown on the pricing page and paid through a secure payment gateway. Subscriptions renew per the cycle you choose (monthly/annual) and can be cancelled at any time. Plan limits apply automatically.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to third-party outages (e.g. Meta or other providers). The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the most recent month. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for Meta/WhatsApp decisions regarding your number or account.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and brand belong to us. Your data and your customers' data belong to you; we process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
